CANCELLATION POLICY

To respect everyone’s time, please review the following cancellation policy: • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. • Cancellations made within 24–48 hours of your appointment will result in a warning and may require a deposit for future bookings. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment or no-shows will require a non-refundable deposit of 50% of your next appointment’s total in order to rebook. This policy helps ensure fairness to both the stylist and clients on the waiting list. Thank you for understanding and respecting my time and business!
